Andrzej Mielewczyk

was born in Stargard near Gdansk in 1965. He first received piano lessons when he was five years old. Studies at the Erzbischöfliche Kirchenmusikschule in Berlin (organ with Lothar Knappe and Prof. Roland M. Stangier). Mastercourse with Prof. J. Gembalski, Prof. H. Vogel, Prof. P. Pincemaille and Prof. W. Seifen. Studies of organ improvisation at the University of Arts Berlin including a diploma with Prof Wolfgang Seifen.
Since January 2000 organist and choirmaster at the Herz-Jesu and the St. Adalbert-Church in the centre of Berlin. Artistical leader of the organ, choir and chamber music concerts at the Herz-Jesu-Church, centre of Berlin.
Regularly concerts and performances in Germany and abroad, among other things cooperator as a soloist at the theatre of Berlin and at the world premiere ot the Christmas cantata by Piotr Moss (Paris) in December 2000. Radio recordings and videotapings amongst others for the WDR, the Polish TV- and Radio broadcast and for the Finnish radio. CD in the label Wiediscon Records Zürich.
